بمناسبة يوم اللغة العربية (يوم اللغة العربية)، نجري مقابلة مع السيدة رنا سندوقة الحالية الحاصلة على منحة فولبرايت (مجموعة FLTA لعام 2020-21) للتحدث عن تجربتها حتى الآن في تدريس اللغة العربية في الجامعة الكاثوليكية الأمريكية والبيئة التي ساعدت في تعزيزها من خلال التعلم الافتراضي وسط الوباء المستمر.
تم نشر هذه المقالة لأول مرة في عام 2014 من قبل خريجة فولبرايت الأمريكية والفنانة - ريجينا مامو. أمضت مامو عامًا في الأردن في 2009-2010 لإجراء الأبحاث كجزء من جائزة فولبرايت، ودرست اللغة العربية، وعملت مع العديد من الفنانين المحليين والمؤسسات الفنية التي شكلت معًا أعمالها خلال تلك الفترة.
كجزء من الاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية الخامسة والسبعين لبرنامج فولبرايت في عام 2021، أجرت فولبرايت الأردن مقابلات مع عدد من خريجيها الأردنيين والأمريكيين كجزء من سلسلة فيديوهات الخريجين. في هذا الفيديو الأول، سُئل الخريجون عن سبب تقدمهم لبرنامج فولبرايت.
